I teach both AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics in Michigan with a passion for helping students understand the wonderful world of economics!  Whether your goal is to score a 5 on the College Board AP exam, earn an A in a course, learn the topics, or a combination, I can help you achieve your goals.  I offer free introductory sessions so we can meet and construct a game plan.  My mantra is "patience and positivity" with students.  I'm excited to begin working with you!!!

My Background
I graduated from Michigan State University in 2002 with a degree in finance.  I worked as a mortgage underwriter, an internal auditor, and a financial analyst for 7 years.  I decided to exit the industry and pursue a lifelong passion of mine...teaching!  I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2010 with certificates in mathematics and economics.  I also have my master's degree in education with a certification in technology from UM-Dearborn.  I'm currently employed at the high school I was initially hired at because I love teaching there.
